Binu Malayil Tharian Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 3 decades years of experience leading business transformation across Africa and the Middle East. He has played a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, strengthening business continuity, and enhancing operational performance across diverse sectors. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach and deep market insight, making him a trusted name in enterprise growth and regional development.
Renowned for his ability to turn vision into reality, Binu has an exceptional track record in conceiving, planning, and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable value. He played a foundational role in advancing Rwanda’s digital infrastructure -laying the groundwork for what AB BlueSky today delivers as integrated technology consulting and services across emerging markets.
Binu was honoured with the International Star Award in the Gold & Platinum category at the Quality Convention in Geneva, in recognition of his global business impact. He is also a founding member of the Indian Association of Rwanda and actively supports social and civic causes through the Rotary Club.
Today, Binu leads his organisation alongside a dedicated leadership team, with a growing presence across the Middle East and Africa.

John Abraham

Chief Technology Officer

John Abraham has led technology initiatives globally for over 25 years – consistently delivering business value, driving competitive advantage, and enabling strategic, sustainable growth. He draws on industry insights to help businesses reimagine digital possibilities – blending innovation with scalability and long-term focus.

As Chief Technology Officer at AB BlueSky, John leads the firm’s technology strategy with a focus on enabling enterprise-wide transformation, managing change, and mitigating business risk. He serves as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies – AI, Blockchain, IIoT solutions, SaaS platforms, and Threat landscape management – while strengthening business resilience across complex digital environments.

Recognised with the Star Performer Award at an international leadership forum, John is valued for his clarity of thought and business-first mindset. He believes in leading through trust, influence and technologies to solve real-world challenges with focus and impact.

Rajeev Ramakrishnan

Chief Operating Officer

Rajeev Ramakrishnan brings over two decades of experience in IT services and operations management, with expertise spanning infrastructure design and deployment, networking, application implementation, support, and service delivery.
He has worked with global and regional clients across industry verticals such as manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, and logistics. Over the years, he has held roles including Global Operations Advisor, Account Manager, Client Advisor, Country Manager, and Client Partner. His professional journey includes international organisations such as Digital, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Having worked extensively in Africa, Rajeev possesses a deep understanding of the region and is well attuned to the operational demands and business dynamics of Asia, North America, Middle East and African markets.

Vinod Mathai

Director - Commercial & Contracts

Mr. Vinod Mathai (BTech Civil, EPCSCL, PMP, MRICS) brings over 34 years of extensive experience in construction and infrastructure development across real estate, roads, bridges, airports, water and effluent treatment plants, buildings, and housing projects.
He has deep operational experience across multiple regions, including 14 years in the African business environment – 9 of which were in Nigeria, with additional years in Ghana, Rwanda, Chad, Central African Republic, and Senegal. His global exposure also includes 6 years in the UAE, 2 years in Oman, and 14 years in India.

Vinod’s core expertise spans commercial management of projects, budgeting, cost control, contracts management, variation and claims, feasibility studies, risk management, and project governance. He is known for his structured approach to developing strategies, policies, and procedures that strengthen delivery and commercial outcomes.

Abraham K. A

Director Trading & Logistics

Mr. Abraham Kurudamannil Abraham is a results-driven professional with over 23 years of experience in IT procurement, logistics, and sales. As Business Development Manager for the AB Group of Companies, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in managing global vendors, partners, and client relationships.
Abraham has a proven track record in overseeing complex logistics operations while delivering high service standards and operational efficiency. His expertise lies in optimising supply chains, streamlining procurement, and driving customer-focused solutions across dynamic markets.

Passionate about business growth and continuous improvement, Abraham plays a key role in advancing AB BlueSky’s trading and logistics capabilities – bringing innovation, agility, and operational excellence to every engagement.
